We went up to Brighton to celebrate the 4th of July. I've spent almost every 4th of July up at the cabin. And for Tyler, this was his 4th year being there (I can't believe we've known each other that long).
And for Dallin, this was his first year... of course!
We watched the parade go around the loop, Grandpa Verl made everyone tacos for lunch,
and then we walked around Silver Lake.
The cabin was built in the 1890's.
After Brighton, we went to Riverside and sat on the driving range and watched the fireworks from the Stadium of Fire. We were close enough to hear the Beach Boys perform, and we danced to the music.
